Hey guys. I try to keep things as light and silly as possible on this blog, but this weather deserves a more serious tone.
Right now in Southeast Baltimore, visibility is at less than half a block. Headlights are worth zippo right now. There are police stationed at most major intersections and they are stopping motorists. Please, no matter how bored you are, no matter how necessary the trip seems...
